✨ Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✨ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
✨ For hygienic reasons, certain items such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
✨ Sale and promotional items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Get Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return warehouse address and shipping instructions.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your return to our business office address. Any packages sent to our business office cannot be processed for a refund.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

✨ Please include clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
